Filters are used to display specific content. You can select the communication channel that you'd like to use and the time period you want to view the content.
To display specific messages on the system page:
Click on the icon
In the filter selection pop-up window:
Select a specific communication channel.
Select the period for which you want to display the messages.
Click the “Apply” button.
As a result, the system will display a list of messages that match the selected criteria.
