HCO consists of the following tables:

| crm_userdirection_csv | A reference table that shows the correspondence between medical representatives and business directions in the CRM. |
| crm_user_dictionary_csv | A reference table of CRM users containing information about medical representatives, their managers, geography, business directions, positions, and activity status. |
| crm_company_dictionary_v2_csv | A reference table of companies (HCO) that contains basic information about medical organizations, their classification, addresses, identifiers, and additional business attributes. It is used as the main data source for building organization reports in the CRM Basic Dashboard. |
| crm_responsible | A technical reference table used to display the text value of Ownership, containing only one record. |
| crm_owner_v2_csv | The table contains information about the relationship between CRM users (responsible persons) and clients (HCP/HCO). It is used to determine employee responsibility for contacts and companies. |
