To create a marketing campaign in the system:
- Go to the Projects section and click the “Add” button.
- As a result, the settings form will open. In this form:
Enter the name of the marketing campaign. For example, it may be a campaign to promote a specific product on the market or to launch product sales.
Select the project status.
- Active – a project with an active execution scenario.
- On Hold – scenario execution is paused.
- Pending – the project is scheduled for a specific period of time.
- Finished – the project validity period has ended.
- Canceled – project execution has been canceled.
Select the project goal.
Description – a brief description of the marketing campaign.
Select the marketing campaign manager.
Define the campaign validity period: select the start date and end date from the calendar.
Budget – define the marketing campaign budget. Enter the amount and select the appropriate currency.
Deactivate after budget is exhausted – activate the toggle if the campaign scenario execution must be stopped automatically after the campaign budget is exceeded.
- Click the “Create” button.
As a result, the system will create a new record in the “Projects” section.
