After opening the order form, the medical representative sees the list of medicines available in the institution.
The list contains:
- Medicine name
- Remaining quantity
- Field for ordering a specific quantity of medicines
- Supplier name
- Price per package
- Total price for ordering this medicine
To define the quantity of medicines for the order:
- Select the medicines that need to be ordered from the list.
- In the “Order” column, enter the quantity of the medicine that needs to be ordered.
Important:
The quantity of medicines to be ordered is agreed with the pharmacy representative during the medical representative’s visit to the institution.
Note:
The order price for the medicine is calculated automatically after the medicine quantity is entered.
At the bottom of the order page, the system displays the total price of this order.

The order price is displayed taking into account available discounts.
