Certain promotions for medicines can be applied to an order. For example, when ordering a specific quantity of medicines, another medicine in a specific quantity may be added as a gift.
Or, when ordering a specific quantity of a medicine, a discount may need to be applied.
To apply a promotion to an order:
Click the “Promo” button.
In the form containing the available promotions, select the promotions that need to be applied.
Click the “Check Conditions” button. If the campaign conditions match the order conditions, the corresponding message will appear.
Important:
If the conditions in the marketing campaign do not match the order, the corresponding message “Conditions not met” will appear. In this case, you need to check the conditions that were added when configuring the marketing campaign.
To apply the promotion to the order, click the “Apply Changes” button.
For example, if a discount needs to be applied to the order as a promotion, the corresponding record will appear in the order table.
Note:
Click the medicine name in the table to view detailed information about the discount.
Important!
After a promotion is applied to the order, the order is no longer available for editing. The system will automatically reject any changes made to the order.
