After placing the order and applying promotions, if needed, you must confirm and send the order for fulfillment.
To do this:
- Click the “Confirm Order” button.
Note:
If changes were made to the remaining stock quantities, the system will allow you to save the changes.
Click the “Yes, Save” button to save the changes made.
- On the warning page, sign the order. To do this:
- Click the “Sign” button.
- Add your signature and click the “Sign” button.
Note:
If you added a signature and need to change it, click the “Clear” button and add a new signature.
- Select the order date.
Note:
The order date is the date when the order must be received by the institution.
Note:
By default, the system enters the current date.
Click the date field and select the required date from the calendar.
- Click the “Apply” button.
- Click the “Submit Order” button. The system will notify you that the order has been successfully sent for processing.
After the order has been sent for fulfillment, the system changes its status accordingly.
