Order Statuses

The order status changes depending on the processing stage. Possible order statuses:

• Draft — the order is being created, and changes can still be made.

• Submitted — the order has been saved, signed, and sent for fulfillment. In this case, changes can no longer be made.

• In Progress — the order has been received by the supplier and processing has started.

• Completed — the order has been fulfilled by the supplier.

Medicine Statuses

The table can display the status of each medicine in the order.

Note:

To display medicine statuses, activate the “Product Status” column in the table settings.

Possible product statuses in the order:

• Preparing — the medicine is being prepared for sending in the order to the supplier.

• Submitted — the request has been sent to the supplier for fulfillment.

• Confirmed — the supplier has confirmed the availability of the medicine.

• Rejected — the supplier has rejected the request to order a specific medicine.
