Calls Total — the total number of all types of activities related to calls
Calls Completed — Shows the number of calls with the “Completed” status. Unfinished and canceled calls are not included.
Note:
It is highlighted in red if the number of completed calls is less than the total number.
It is highlighted in green if the number of completed calls equals the total number.
