The “Clients” directory contains a list of all clients added to the system. Clients are displayed in the tablet version of the system.
The table shows the main attributes of every client. The last columns are NPI Code, Create Date (UTC time) and Modified (UTC time).
Adding a New Client to the System
To add a new client to the system:
- Click the Add button.
- In the form for adding a new client:
- Last name, first name, middle name — the client’s full name. Required fields.
Note:
You can add translations of the client’s full name into the required languages. To do this, click theicon and add the required translations.
-
Date of birth — the client’s date of birth. Click the
icon and select a date from the calendar.
- Gender — specify the client’s gender.
- Main workplace — specify the company where the client works. Select the company from the drop-down list.
Note:
If the required company is not in the list, go to the “Companies” directory and add it.
- Specialization — the client’s specialization. Select the specialization from the drop-down list.
Note:
If the required specialization is not in the list, go to the “Specialization” directory and add it.
- Client type — select the corresponding client type from the drop-down list.
Note:
If the required client type is missing, go to the “Client Types” directory and add the required client type.
- Email — the client’s email address.
- Phone — the client’s phone number.
- Archived? — if the client should be active in the system, this toggle does not need to be activated. This toggle is activated if the client is not active in the database.
- Archive reason — specified if the Archive toggle is activated. The archive reason is selected from the drop-down list.
Note:
If the required archive reason is not in the list, go to the “Reasons for Archiving Clients” directory and add the required reason.
- Morion ID — the client identifier, which can be obtained from the database verification department.
- External key — an external key that can be used to link information with external data.
- NPI Code — the National Provider Identifier, a ten-digit number assigned to every healthcare professional in the United States. Because the number never changes, it identifies a doctor more reliably than a name does. Optional field.
Note:
The NPI Code can also be filled in through import, and its value is synchronized to mobile devices. Clients can be found by this number in the HCP section — a partial number is enough.
- Click Save to save the changes. If you need to add several clients, click Save and Add Another.
