Overview
Centralized Consent Management provides designated user roles with the ability to view and manage all collected consents, both active and deactivated. Access to this functionality is controlled through user privileges, ensuring that only authorized personnel can manage consent records.
Enabling Access
To grant access to Consent Management, the CONSENT_MANAGER_ACCESS privilege must be assigned to the appropriate user roles. Follow these steps to enable access:
- Navigate to Admin Tools.
- Select Profile.
- Go to the Privileges section.
- Locate and activate the CONSENT_MANAGER_ACCESS privilege for the desired user roles.
Once assigned, users with this privilege will have full visibility into all collected consents.
