Overview

The Responsible Territory Display feature provides insights into the user responsible for an HCO (Healthcare Organization) or HCP (Healthcare Professional) within a specific territory. This information is displayed in the Responsible tab 

Important Note

By default, this feature is disabled. Admins can choose to enable it if their organization requires visibility territorial assignment for HCOs and HCPs.

If the company does not utilize territory allocation via GeoForce or third-party systems, the Territory section will not appear in the entity profile.

Enabling the Feature

To activate this functionality, the enableResponsibleTerritory option must be enabled. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Admin Tools.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Go to the Options section.

  4. Locate and enable the enableResponsibleTerritory setting.

Once activated, users will see the responsible user details within the respective HCO or HCP profile, segmented by business unit.
