Administrators can now manage the connection of Telegram bots to Proxima Cloud CRM to facilitate digital communication through the Telegram channel.
To access this feature, navigate to Admin Panel -> OCM -> Telegram.
Admins can:
- Add the bot’s display name (Alpha Name).
- Enter the token for authentication.
- Set country restrictions for communication.
