Role Duplication with Settings and Layout Transfer

Administrators now have a convenient way to duplicate settings when working with user roles and profiles in Proxima Cloud CRM.

To access this feature, go to Admin Panel -> Profiles.

1. Inheriting Settings When Creating a New Profile

When creating a new profile, you can inherit all settings from a donor profile. Simply specify the desired donor profile in the "Share settings" field in the profile creation form.

2. Copying Settings Between Existing Profiles

To transfer settings from one active profile to another:

  • Open the action menu for the profile from which you want to copy settings.
  • Select the target profile(s) for the transfer.

Important: Copying replaces all settings in the target profile with those from the source profile.
