The "Employees" tab shows the number of employees in the selected institution, grouped by specialization.
To view the number of employees:
Click on the icon

A list will open displaying specializations along with the number of employees in each specialization.
If the institution has a large number of specializations, the user can filter them for display. Select the desired specializations from the filter list.
