Note:
The Main Template displays by default when you click the WhatsApp icon.
To create your message using the main template, do the following:
- WhatsApp Title - not visible to the recipient. Used for displaying in the list of previously created content.
Product direction – select the required option from the drop-down list.
Note:
To select all product directions - click the All Product Directions button.
Labels – labels are added to assign content to a specific type; they can also be used to generate statistics for particular labels.
Note:
To add a label, select an existing one from the list or enter the name of a new label in the field.
To delete a label – click the icon
.
- Archived checkbox – used to add content to the archive.
Heading - select the message type: Text, Image, Video, or Document.
Text - select option if you need to send just a text message. Add a text heading in the field.
Image - used if you need to send a picture. Click the Browse button and select the image from your storage.
Video - used if you need to send a video. Click the Attach Video file button and select the file from your storage.
Document - used if you need to send a document. Click the Attach File button and select the file from your storage.
6. Add buttons - you can add two types of buttons: With text or with actions.
- With text, you can add a maximum of 3 buttons.
Note:
For example, you added three buttons: Yes, No, and Need to Think.
The client received the message, and his answer is when they click on the particular button.
To add a button, click the Add button.
Add the text you need to display on the button. Maximum - 20 symbols.
Note:
To delete the added button - click the delete icon ().
With action, you can add two types of buttons - a Call button and a Link button.
To add a link button:
Click the Add link button, add some text, and then add a link that the customer can go to after clicking on the button.
To add a call button:
Click the Add call button, add some text, and then add a phone number that the customer can call after he click on the button.
7. Message - used to add the text of the message that the client will receive.
If the message needs to use recipient data (for example, name), click Personalization and select a personalization parameter (for example, Name).
8. Signature - add your signature if needed.
9. Click the Preview button to view the message.
Note:
From the preview form, you can perform a test send. To do this, select the country and enter the phone number to which the test message should be sent.
Click the Send Now button.
10. Click the Save button to save the message
