crm_owner_v2_csv

The table contains information about the relationship between CRM users (responsible persons) and clients (HCP/HCO). It is used to determine employee responsibility for contacts and companies.

Short explanation

key_user_idIdentifier of the user (owner). Linked to the table crm_user_dictionary_csv.
key_client_id

key_client_id — client identifier: 

  •  for contacts (HCP) → value from the table crm_hcp_all_base (doc_crm_id); 
  • for companies (HCO) → value from the table crm_hco_all_base (CRM_company_id), stored with a negative sign.
flag_nameType of client: “contact” or “company”.
key_client_categIdentifier of the user’s direction (category).
key_owner_flagTechnical flag (1 = responsible).
