The option to view a plan is available for approved (Sent section) and validated (Finalized section) plans.
To view the plan file:
Click on the
in the Actions column.
Select the View option from the dropdown list.
The plan page will open.
Note:
On the plan viewing page, the following actions are available:
⦁ Download the plan to a local drive – Download button
⦁ Send the plan by email – Send to email button
⦁ Validate the plan – if viewing from the Sent section. If the plan is opened from the Finalized section, this function is not available.
⦁ Cancel validation and approved changes in the plan – Reject button
⦁ Return to the general list of plans – Go back button
