The system allows you to copy a medical representative’s territory and assign it to another medical representative.
To assign the territory to another medical representative, follow these steps:
In the summary table, select the medical representative whose territories you need to copy.
Click the
icon and, from the drop-down menu, select “Transfer territories”.
In the dialog window that appears on the right side of the screen:
Select the medical representative to whom the territories should be transferred.
Select the map version (if the medical representative has more than one map).
Click “Apply”.
As a result, the territories will be transferred to the selected medical representative.
Important:
All territories of the selected user are transferred.
