The Visuals Report Elements (Tables, Matrices and Charts) consist of the following function:
| Function Number | Function Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Drill up | Moves one level up in the data hierarchy. Example: District → Region |
| 2 | Go to the next level | Navigates to the next level in the hierarchy, replacing the current level. Example: Region → District (without showing regions) |
| 3 | Expand all down one level | Expands all parent rows and displays their child elements in the hierarchy. Useful for analyzing coverage or distribution across all regions at once. |
| 4 | Drill down | Enables drill-down mode. When active, clicking on a row drills into the next hierarchy level for that specific item. |
| 5 | Filters | Opens the visual-level filters pane. Filters applied here affect only this visual, not the entire page or report. |
| 6 | Focus mode | Expands the visual to full screen within the report page. |
