To create a cycle plan using a template, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Cycle Plan section of the system.
    

   

2. Click the icon and select Import from the menu.
    

   

3. Download the template file in which you need to create the cycle plan.
    

   

4. Wait for the file to finish downloading. Fill in the fields in the file.
    

   

Important:
To fill in the file columns, use the data provided on the Basic dictionary, Preparation brand, and Clm tabs.

5. Save the file and upload it to the system.
    

   

6. After adding the file to the system, click Next step.
    

   

Note:
If the file was added by mistake, you can delete it. Click Remove.

7. To complete the template upload and create the cycle plan, finish uploading the file.

Note:
If the file is filled in with errors, a corresponding message will be displayed. To fix the errors in the file, click Download file with errors. As a result, a file with the list of errors will be downloaded.

Correct the errors, save the file, click Restart Import, add the file again, pass the system file validation, and upload it to the system.

As a result, the system will upload the file and create the corresponding cycle plan.
