To view detailed information for a cycle plan, click the Details button.

As a result, the system will display a detailed table with the following information:

• Task Type – visit type

• Target Group – target group for the visit

• HCO category – facility category (if this is a visit to a facility)

• HCP category – client category (if this is a visit to a specific client)

• Coverage – number of unique doctors (clients) that must be visited

• Task count – total number of visits that must be completed

To view the materials that should be used during the visit, click the record. A table will appear at the bottom of the screen containing:

• List of brands

• Presentations

• Promotional materials

Note:
When viewing detailed information, you can:

• Add a new entry to the plan

• Edit a plan entry

• Delete an entry from the plan

• Add additional materials to the plan

• Edit materials

• Delete materials
