To create this report, it is mandatory to complete the following:
Create the custom object HCP Loyalty in the system.
The loyalty field must contain the following values:
Neutral
Skeptical
Open
Trusting
Committed
The data of the custom object must be available in the Power BI dataset.
Creating the report consists of the following steps:
Step 1 - Open CRM Basic Dashboard CF
Step 2 - Create a new dashboard tab
Step 3 - Create a new visualization
Step 4 - Add fields to display the employee hierarchy
Step 5 - Add fields with medical worker information
Step 6 - Add the KPI indicator
Step 7 - Add the loyalty field
Step 8 - Create a filter to control data display
Step 9 - Create a loyalty level chart
Step 10 - Create a chart showing the distribution of doctors by loyalty level
