This report allows you to:

• Analyze the performance of medical representatives

• Evaluate interactions with doctors

• Analyze doctors’ behavior depending on their level of loyalty

• Identify potential opportunities for developing relationships with doctors

Important:

To create this report, it is mandatory to complete the following:

1. Create the custom object HCP Loyalty in the system.

2. The loyalty field must contain the following values:

• Neutral

• Skeptical

• Open

• Trusting

• Committed

3. The data of the custom object must be available in the Power BI dataset.

Creating the report consists of the following steps:

Step 5 - Add fields with medical worker information
