Event — a target activity in the Proxima Event system, such as a meeting, event, or conference. An event may consist of several stages, sessions, and participant roles.
User — a person who has an account in the Proxima Event system.
Organizer — a user with the Organizer role who creates and manages events. Has full access to the settings of their own events.
Administrator — a user with the Administrator role who has access to system settings (directories, global settings) and can view all events in the system.
Co-organizer — a user added to an event with organizer rights for joint event management.
Participant — a registered person for whom the event is held. Synonyms: visitor, attendee.
Speaker — an event participant who speaks during the event. Information about the speaker is displayed on the event landing page.
Moderator — an event participant responsible for the technical conduct of the event and process control during the broadcast or sessions.
Company — an organization in the Proxima Event system that brings together several organizers and is used to manage events at the organizational level.
Schedule — a structured event program that includes sessions, time slots, and activities.
