Event participant management is carried out on the Members tab.
The table with the list of participants contains the following data:
- Participant confirmation status
- Registration date and time
- Ticket payment status
- Participant’s last name and first name
- Email address and phone number
- Type of event the participant is registered for
- Invited Token and other information
Possible actions for registered event participants:
- Search for participants
- Configure the columns in the participant view table
- Send a mailing to a specific participant or participants
- Download the mailing report
- Cancel payment for an event ticket
- Process payment
- Manage participant attendance
- Create a moderator
- Delete a moderator
- Assign seats for offline events
- Download the participant list in Excel
- Remove a participant from the list of registered participants
