After the event is completed, the Organizer needs to upload the relevant video materials to the event page.

Important:
Video materials are added separately for each language in which the event is held.

To do this:

1. On the Materials tab, select Video Materials.

2. Click the Add Video Materials button.

3. In the video materials upload window:

• Click the upload field and select the required video from the event.

Note:
Maximum video size: 1500 MB

• Add a video cover image. The selected image will be displayed on the landing page. Click the add button ().

• Add a title and a short description for the file.

• Click the Save button to save the changes made. The video will be displayed on the Materials tab.

Note:

To upload another video material, click the Add Video Materials button again.
