If necessary, you can make changes to the stock record. You can make changes to:
- General recommended stock data: stock name, status, and validity period.
- Products in the stock record.
- Institutions in the list.
Editing General Recommended Stock Information
The system allows you to change the name, stock status, and validity period.
To do this:
- In the “Recommended Stock” section of the system, select the record that needs to be changed and click
.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Edit”.
The settings form will open, where you need to make the required changes.
Click the “Save” button to save the changes made.
Note:
If no changes are required, click the “Cancel” button.
Editing Products in the Stock Record
The system allows you to:
- Add more products to the list
- Change the quantity of products in stock
- Remove a product from the list
To do this:
- Go to the “Recommended Stock” section of the system and click the name of the stock record in which you need to edit the products.
- On the “Products” tab:
- Add products to the list. Click the “Add” button and select the required products.
- Change the product quantities. To do this, make the required changes in the “Recommended Stock” column.
- Remove a product from the list by clicking the delete icon.
- Click the “Save” button to save the changes made.
Managing Institutions in the List
The system allows you to:
- Add institutions to the list, or
- Remove an institution from the recommended stock list
To do this:
- Go to the “Recommended Stock” section of the system and click the name of the stock record in which you need to change the institutions.
- On the “Points of Sale” tab:
- Add institutions to the list. Click the “Add” button and select the required institutions.
- Remove an institution from the list by clicking the delete icon.
- Click the “Save” button to save the changes made.
