The Synchronizations dashboard consists of:

1 - Filters - used to select report parameters
2 - Total Synchronizations per Employee - Displays the total number of synchronization events performed by each employee during the selected period.
3 - Background vs Forced Synchronizations - Displays the distribution of synchronization types for each employee
4 - Detailed Synchronizations Overview Table - Provides detailed synchronization statistics for operational analysis and troubleshooting
