KPIs
The Survey dashboard does not contain summary KPI cards.
All survey metrics are available through the detailed survey table and Pivot Table Builder.
Additional Business Rules
- All visualizations are recalculated according to active filters.
- Only surveys available within the selected reporting scope are displayed.
- Survey data depends on CRM synchronization status.
- User permissions may limit visibility of employees, organizations, territories, or survey results.
- The Pivot Table Builder controls which dimensions are displayed in the Detailed Survey Table.
