The dashboard helps users:

Additional Business Rules

• All visualizations are recalculated according to active filters.
• Coverage calculations use completed CRM activities only.
• Multiple interactions with the same healthcare professional are counted as a single covered HCP.
• Dashboard data depends on CRM synchronization status.
• User permissions may limit visibility of specific territories, employees, or customer segments
