CRM Analytics Report CF allows users to create and customize analytical dashboards based on CRM data.
Using this report, users can build their own dashboards by selecting standard CRM objects and combining them with custom objects created specifically for their business needs. Custom objects can be connected to CRM data through the HCP Custom and HCO Custom objects.
Users can also adapt existing dashboards from CRM Analytics Report instead of creating a dashboard from scratch. This makes it possible to reuse standard dashboard structures, modify them according to reporting requirements, and create more flexible analytics views for specific teams, processes, or business scenarios.
