The HCO All page of the CRM Analytics Report shows the whole base of healthcare organizations (HCOs, institutions) in the CRM and how well it is covered: how many institutions are in the base, how many are covered and uncovered, and what the overall coverage percentage is. You can break the data down by region, city, organization type and other details.

Business value
The page helps managers and analysts monitor how well the HCO base is covered and quickly find gaps in field activity. By comparing covered and uncovered institutions across regions, cities and organization types, they can see where more work is needed and prioritize follow-up actions. This supports territory management and gives better visibility into team coverage.
