The Promotions by Target and Brand table displays promotional activity results by the selected view. Users can switch between three views:
- Target
- Brand
- Employee
Note:
To switch between views, press the Ctrl key on your keyboard and left-click the required button at the top of the table: Target, Brand, or Employee.
This visualization helps users compare completed promotions across different business dimensions and track monthly promotion dynamics for the selected reporting period.
Target View
The Target view displays promotion results by target group. It helps users understand how promotional activity is distributed across customer target groups and identify which groups receive more or fewer promotional interactions.
Brand View
The Brand view displays promotion results by brand. It helps users compare promotional activity across brands and evaluate which brands have higher or lower promotion execution during the selected period.
Employee View
The Employee view displays promotion results by employee. It helps managers compare promotional activity by team member and identify employees with higher or lower promotion execution.
Icon Description
The arrows next to each value show promotion dynamics compared with the previous month:
- Green upward arrow — the current value is higher than the previous month.
- Red downward arrow — the current value is lower than the previous month.
- Orange horizontal arrow — the current value is equal to, or not significantly different from, the previous month.
Business Questions
The Promotions by Target and Brand table helps answer the following business questions:
- Which target groups receive the most promotional activity?
- Which brands have the highest or lowest promotion execution?
- Which employees complete the most promotions?
- How does promotional activity change month by month?
- Which target groups, brands, or employees show increasing or decreasing promotion dynamics?
- Are promotional activity levels aligned with business priorities?
