The Detailed Telegram Overview Table displays Telegram communication performance by the selected table dimension for the selected reporting period. It helps users compare planned, sent, delivered, read, visited, undelivered, and unsent Telegram message results for each selected item.
This table provides a detailed operational view of Telegram campaign execution and helps users identify which content items perform well and which require additional attention.
Business Questions
The Detailed Telegram Overview Table helps answer the following business questions:
- How many Telegram messages were planned for each content item?
- How many planned Telegram messages were successfully sent?
- What percentage of planned Telegram messages was sent?
- How many sent Telegram messages were delivered to recipients?
- What percentage of sent Telegram messages was delivered?
- How many delivered Telegram messages were read by recipients?
- What percentage of delivered Telegram messages was read?
- How many recipients visited links from Telegram messages?
- Which content items show the highest or lowest Telegram performance?
- Which content items have undelivered or unsent Telegram messages that require attention?
Displays the following measurements
The table displays Telegram performance metrics by the selected dimension.
Note: The first column of the table is selected in the Measurements table. In the screen example, the selected measurement is Content name, so the detailed table displays Telegram performance results by content name.
- Content name — shows the name of the Telegram content.
- Planned, qty — shows the number of planned Telegram messages.
- Sent, qty — shows the number of Telegram messages sent.
- Sent, % — shows the percentage of planned Telegram messages that were sent.
- Delivered, qty — shows the number of Telegram messages delivered to recipients.
- Delivered, % — shows the percentage of sent Telegram messages that were delivered.
- Read, qty — shows the number of delivered Telegram messages read by recipients.
- Read, % — shows the percentage of delivered Telegram messages that were read.
- Visited, qty — shows the number of Telegram messages where recipients visited a link.
- Visited, % — shows the percentage of read Telegram messages that resulted in a link visit.
- Undelivered, qty — shows the number of Telegram messages that were sent but not delivered.
- Undelivered, % — shows the percentage of undelivered Telegram messages.
- Unsent, qty — shows the number of planned Telegram messages that were not sent.
- Unsent, % — shows the percentage of planned Telegram messages that were not sent.
Selected KPI View
To display details for a selected KPI, click the required KPI button above the table. The table will show the selected metric by the selected dimension.
In the selected KPI example, the table shows Unsent, qty values for the following content items:
- New product SCE — 4
- OCM News — 1
- Telegram greeting — 2
The Total value is 7.
This means that, during the selected reporting period, 7 planned Telegram messages were not sent. The table is grouped by Content name, so users can see which content items contributed to the total number of unsent Telegram messages.
