Ask Copilot allows you to ask questions about a Power BI report in plain language and receive a short answer with a supporting chart. Copilot can summarize what a report page shows, explain a metric, or describe how an indicator has changed over time, so you do not have to analyze the whole report manually.
⚠️ Important: Copilot is a Microsoft Power BI feature. To use it, log in to Power BI with the same email address that you use in Proxima CRM. If the accounts are different, the report will not open.
How to find Ask Copilot
On the Dashboard, open the Power BI Reports application.
In the Reports list on the left, select the report you need. The report opens in the working area. In the upper-right corner, click Ask Copilot.
The report opens in the Power BI service. Click Copilot on the toolbar above the report.
The Copilot panel opens on the right side of the report.
Fabric IQ
The Fabric IQ toggle at the top of the Copilot panel is switched off by default. Switch it on to get faster and broader answers, but keep in mind that it uses more of your organization's Power BI resources.
For most questions about a report — what a page shows, what a metric means, or how an indicator has changed — the toggle can stay off.
How to ask a question
Select one of the Recommended questions, such as What is this report page about? or Prep a summary for my team, or type your own question in the Ask a question about this report field and click the arrow.
Copilot replies with a summary of the report page: its purpose, the main indicator, and the metrics that support it.
How to ask about specific data
Copilot takes into account the filters applied to the report, so you can ask about a particular chain, region, or representative.
In the report filters, select the value you are interested in. For example, select a "Drogaria Campo Grande" pharmacy chain in the Rede, CNPJ filter.
Ask your question in the Copilot panel. If the question is too general, Copilot suggests options to choose from — for example, the overall score, the scores by criteria, or the trend over time.
Select an option, and Copilot provides a short conclusion together with a chart that supports it.
Please note: Copilot uses AI, and its answers may contain mistakes. Always review the answer and the chart before using them in decisions or sharing them with your team.
