IQVIA

IQVIA OneKey is a service designed to store and exchange data at the database level. The system transmits and receives information about medical institutions and doctors when connected through the CRM integration section.

  1. Go to the Integration section and select OneKey (IQVIA).

  2. Add OneKey (IQVIA) credentials:

  • Specify the address provided by IQVIA. By default, the address is: secure-transfer-ftp.solutions.iqvia.com. Click the Default button to add the address.
  • Specify the port provided by IQVIA. By default, the port is: 22
  • Enter the IQVIA username.
  • Enter the IQVIA user password.
  • Enter the IQVIA client ID.
  • Enable the switch to confirm the existence of a tripartite agreement with the IQVIA database.

  1. Click the “Connect and Save” button.

After a successful connection, a window with all the pre-сonfigured fields will appear, with the option to modify the authorization data.
