The integration allows you to connect an external BDLS directory — the provider of up-to-date Axioma (Morion) codes for medicinal products — to the CRM system.
This is necessary to ensure that the SKU directory in the CRM always contains current Morion codes, correct product names, dosage forms, and other attributes from the BDLS classifiers. These data are used in reports, filters, and business processes. After activation, the CRM automatically matches your products with BDLS data and regularly updates Morion / Axioma codes, ensuring catalog relevance and proper product mapping.
Important:
The integration starts working only after your product directories are uploaded into the CRM. Therefore, first upload the data through datasets, and only then activate the integration.
To enable the “Product Directories” integration, follow these steps:
Go to the Admin Tool section of the system.
In the Integrations section, select SKUs.
Click the Edit Integrations button.
In the Producer field, enter the manufacturer’s name.
Select the products that should receive updated codes from the Medicines Database. Use the search field to find a specific product.
To disable a product from the list, click the toggle.
To disable the entire integration, click the toggle at the top of the window.
- To save the integration, click the Save button.
