IQVIA OneKey: Connecting the Integration

IQVIA OneKey is a database of doctors and medical institutions. When the integration is connected, Proxima CRM exchanges data about doctors and institutions with OneKey at the database level.

Important: To connect the integration, you need administrator rights in Admin Tool, the connection details provided by IQVIA and a tripartite agreement with IQVIA.

Connecting the integration

  1. In Admin Tool, go to Integrations and select OneKey (IQVIA).

  2. Enter the OneKey (IQVIA) connection details:

    • Address: the address provided by IQVIA. To use the default address, secure-transfer-ftp.solutions.iqvia.com, click Default.
    • Port: the port provided by IQVIA. The default port is 22.
    • Username and password of the IQVIA user.
    • Client ID provided by IQVIA.

  3. Turn on the switch to confirm that you have a tripartite agreement with IQVIA.
  4. Click Connect and Save.

After a successful connection, a window with all the configured fields opens. You can change the connection details there at any time.
