To create content (messages that clients will receive), you need to:
In the Content tab, click the
button.
Click on the Viber icon.
In the content creation dialog for sending via Viber:
Viber Title – not visible to the recipient. Used for displaying in the list of previously created content.
Product direction – select the required option from the drop-down list.
Note:
To select all product directions - click the All Product Directions button.
Labels – labels are added to assign content to a specific type; they can also be used to generate statistics for specific labels.
Notes:
To add a label, select an existing one from the list or enter the name of a new label in the field.
To delete a label – click the icon .
Archived checkbox – used to add content to the archive.
Select the message type from the drop-down list – Text, Image, Video.
Text – enter the text of the message.
Image – add the image that needs to be sent to clients.
Video – select a video file to send and a video cover.
Button options – available for the following message types: Text and Image.
Important! When adding a video, you can only add text on the button.
Button URL – add the link that the client should follow.
Button Caption – add the text to be displayed on the button.
4. Message – used to add the text of the message that the client will receive.
If the message needs to use recipient data (for example, name), click Personalization and select a personalization parameter (for example, Name).
“Check the number with link processing for the statistics of transitions” checkbox – this checkbox is used if the body of the message contains a link that the client should follow. When using this checkbox, you can track the number of clicks on the link.
5. Click the Preview button to view the message.
Note:
From the preview form, you can perform a test send. To do this, select the country and enter the phone number to which the test message should be sent.
Click the Send Now button.
6. Click the Save button to save the message.
