Important:

To use your content in WhatsApp, after creating it, you need to approve it with the WhatsApp provider.

Please reach out to your manager to get the detailed instructions.

To create content (messages that clients will receive), you need to:

1. In the Content tab, click the button.

   

2. Click on the WhatsApp icon.
   

You can use the following templates to create your message:

• Main template - used to start your communication with the doctors and medical representatives.

• Answers - these are the medical representative's pre-prepared responses to the doctor's messages.

Note: You don't need to approve answers with the WhatsApp provider.
