If the system has distributed the plan and no edits are needed, do the following:

1. Click the "Save" button.
   

2. After the saving process is complete, click the "Approve" button.
   

Note:

You can edit a plan that has already been saved but not yet approved (after clicking the Save button). To switch to editing mode, click "Edit".

Editing mode is not available after the plan has been approved.

You can either Validate this plan (see Step 4) or reject all changes (click the Reject button).
