After saving and approving the plan (see Step 3), it must be validated.
To validate the plan, click the Validate button.
If you are on the page with the list of all plans, click on the in the Actions column and select Validate from the drop-down list.
Note:
When validating a plan from the plan list page, you need to confirm your action by clicking the Confirm button.
Important:
After you have approved the plan, it becomes unavailable for editing.
If you need to make changes, you must first cancel the plan's approval and then make the necessary modifications.
To cancel the approval of the plan, click the Reject button.
Important:
If you need to make changes to a plan that has already been approved and validated by a manager, the manager must first cancel the validation, and then you can cancel it on your level.
After that, the plan becomes available for editing.
