To switch the plan to analysis mode:
Click the Plan Analysis button.
Select the data for analysis:
By Territory – analysis by territories
By Drug Portfolio – analysis by business units and brands
Select the territory level to display:
(1) National level
(2) Field Force Managers (FFM)
(3) Regional Managers (RM)
(4) Medical Representatives (MR)
The analysis includes the following data (unit of measurement – packages):
⦁ Plan – plan by territories
⦁ Sale Prev Year – sales of the planned brands for the same quarter of the previous year
⦁ Plan - Sale Prev Year – plan increase compared to the previous year's sales in absolute values (packages)
⦁ Plan - Sale Prev Year % – plan increase compared to the previous year's sales, in percentage
