To add an alpha name in the system, do the following:

1. Log in to the registration system using the username and password provided by Proxima.

2. Go to the 'Admin Tool' section.
    

   

3. In the top panel, click 'OCM'.
   

4. Click 'Viber'.
    

   

5. Click 'Add'.
    

   

6. Fill in the following fields:

   • Alpha name — the name displayed in the OCM platform; it is not visible to message recipients.

   • System name — the name that will be shown to Viber message recipients (the name you submitted for registration with Viber).

   • Note: Alpha name and System name may be the same.

   • Country — the sender’s country (select from the list).

   • Default — indicates the primary name used for sending (usually set when a client has multiple sender names on one instance; the higher-priority one is selected).

   • Enabled — indicates whether the sender name is active.
      

     

7. Click Save.
