The call is made from the visit card, which is created after you create the corresponding visit in the client’s profile.
The visit card displays the following information:
Time window during which you can connect with the client. During this period, the video call link will be active.
Video call room link. This is a unique link that is sent to the client in the invitation. You can copy the link to the clipboard.
Call button. By clicking this button, you can start the call or enter the video call room and wait for the client to join.
Sent invitation. This field shows the status of the sent message. You can also resend the invitation if the previous send attempt failed by clicking the button in this field.
