Material Manager Dashboard: Promotional Material Distribution Analytics

The Material Manager dashboard is a Power BI report that shows how promotional materials are distributed and used: by employee, by healthcare professional and in customer interactions. Use it to analyze promo material distribution and usage, not to issue or manage the materials themselves.

Where to find it

Power BI Reports → CRM Analytics Report → Material Manager

  1. On the Dashboard, click Power BI Reports.

  2. Open the CRM Analytics report.

  3. Go to the Material Manager page.

Note: You see the dashboard only if your role has access to Power BI reports. Your permissions may also limit which employees, territories, customers and materials you see.

What the dashboard helps you do

  • monitor how promotional materials are distributed;
  • analyze material usage by employee;
  • evaluate material usage by customer segment;
  • track promo material quantities;
  • plan marketing and sales activities;
  • control how promotional materials are allocated.

How the data is calculated

  • All charts and tables are recalculated for the active filters.
  • Material Quantity shows the promotional materials recorded in CRM activities, such as calls.
  • The dashboard shows only synchronized CRM data. If employees haven't synchronized their apps, their latest activities may not appear yet.
  • The Pivot Table Builder controls which dimensions are shown in the Detailed Promo-material Table.
  • Report versions may contain different data, depending on the configuration. Switch between them with the Version Selector.
