Material Quantity

Material Quantity available in both versions of the report.

Displays the total quantity of promotional materials distributed during customer interactions.

DAX Formula

SUM(crm_task_material_csv[material_quantity])

Calculation Logic

Calculates the total quantity of promotional materials distributed across all visits within the current filter context.

Displays the total quantity of promotional materials available in employee storage. Helps monitor stock availability and material inventory levels.

DAX Formula

SUM(crm_storage_material_csv[storage_cnt])

Calculation Logic

Calculates the total quantity of promotional materials received and assigned to employee storage.

Displays the total quantity of promotional materials distributed during customer visits. Helps monitor promotional material consumption and field distribution activity.

Calculates the total quantity of promotional materials distributed during customer interactions.

Displays the remaining quantity of promotional materials available after distribution. Helps monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.

Calculation Logic

Calculates the difference between the quantity of materials available in storage and the cumulative quantity distributed up to the selected date.

The calculation ignores calendar filters when calculating cumulative distribution to ensure accurate remaining stock balances.
