The Calls PL/AC dashboard provides a comparison between planned and actual call activity and helps evaluate call execution performance across employees, territories, and customer segments.

Additional Business Rules
- All visualizations are recalculated according to active filters.
- Planned values are based on approved activity plans.
- Actual values are based on completed calls recorded in CRM.
- Only completed calls are included in actual call calculations.
- Dashboard data depends on CRM synchronization status.
- User permissions may limit visibility of territories, employees, organizations, or customer segments
