This article explains which data the Cycle Plan dashboard uses and why the numbers on it may differ from what you expect. To learn where to find the dashboard and what it shows, see Cycle Plan Dashboard: Overview (Planned vs Actual Report).
Where to find it: Power BI Reports → CRM Analytics Report → Cycle Plan.
Data sources
The dashboard compares planned and actual field force activity using the following data:
| Data | Table in the data model |
|---|---|
| Planned calls and other activities from the cycle plan | crm_task_plan_v2_csv |
| Actual (completed) calls and activities | crm_task_fact_v2_csv |
| Call and activity types | crm_tasktype_csv |
| Employees responsible for clients and institutions | crm_responsible |
| Employee hierarchy (supervisors and their teams) | — |
| Calendar (periods and working days) | — |
Why the numbers may differ
| What you see | Why it happens |
|---|---|
| Recent calls are missing | The dashboard shows only synchronized CRM data. Calls appear after the employee synchronizes the app and the dashboard data is updated. Check the Last update date at the top of the dashboard. |
| The numbers change when you change a filter | All charts and KPI cards are recalculated for the active filters. Filters by supervisor, employee, direction and position affect all employee-level figures. |
| Older data is not shown | The Actual period filter limits the data to the current period. To see earlier periods, change the period filters. |
| Past results look different than before | If the plan for a past cycle was changed, the dashboard recalculates the results for that cycle using the changed plan. |
| Some records are not counted | Only active records are included in the calculations. |
Important: You see the dashboard only if your role has access to Power BI reports. If it isn't available to you, contact your CRM administrator.
