Business Value
The Cycle Plan tab provides an executive overview of cycle execution performance by comparing planned versus actual field force activity across calls, promotions, coverage, and frequency indicators.
The dashboard helps management:
- monitor operational execution,
- identify performance gaps,
- evaluate employee achievement,
- analyze target group execution quality,
- and track overall cycle completion dynamics.
This dashboard is primarily used by:
- Sales Managers,
- Regional Managers,
- Field Force Supervisors,
- and Business Analysts.

Additional Business Rules
- All visualizations are dynamically recalculated based on active filters
- Employee hierarchy filters impact all employee-level calculations
- Current period filtering may exclude historical records
- Unsynchronized CRM activity may not appear in the dashboard
- Only active reporting records are included
- Dashboard calculations depend on CRM synchronization status
Known Limitations
- Dashboard reflects synchronized CRM data only
- Delays in synchronization may temporarily impact KPI accuracy
- Historical plan modifications may affect retrospective analysis
- Access to dashboard depends on assigned Power BI visibility permissions
