CRM system users can specify visit participants and all other visit details when creating an online visit. This visit is automatically added to the Outlook calendar and displayed as an online visit in Teams.
When creating an online visit, make sure that:
The email address is connected to Outlook Calendar.
To do this, click the Link button next to the Outlook calendar not linked message.
Wait until the button name changes to Unlink. Your email address should also appear with the icon.
